Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once we send you an order confirmation email after payment has been successfully processed. • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. A flat fee of $12.95 applies. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates. Urban Shoes World is not liable for delays caused by customs processing, carrier delays, natural events, or other factors outside our reasonable control.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

6.1 Key User Obligations for Returns/Exchanges

• You must initiate a return or exchange request within 15 days of the delivery date by contacting [email protected].
• The item must be in its original, unworn condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
• Final Sale Items: For the hygiene and integrity of our products, High-Heeled Shoes and Laced Shoes that show any signs of wear, have damaged soles, or have been used outdoors are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our Care Team before sending any item back.

Refunds to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal) will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve the returned item. The appearance of the refund on your statement depends on your financial institution.
